What to do to return or exchange a product

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or exchange it for another size or product 15 days after the purchase.
to do so please contact us through our email admin@algodejaime.com with the following information:
– The order number.
– Which item(s) to return or exchange.
– The reason for the return or exchange.
After going through the information and checking the stock, we will send you a confirmation email with the next steps.
To continue with the return or exchange of item(s) you must make sure that the products must be in perfect conditions and in the same state that it had been send. If that is not the case, we will not accept the exchange or return.
To return the product you will be asked for a bank account number in which we will transfer the money. In case of exchange you must send the products to the adress thet we will provide you with in the confirmation email. You will only be able to exchange the products that had been bught at our online store.


How long do I have to return or axchange a product?

The product can only be exchanged or returned 15 days after the purchase.


Do I have to pay to return or exchange a product?


You could return or exchange a product for free only if you phisically  go to our office in Madrid.
If the client cannot come, he/she must take care of the package and the cost of it. In the confirmation email we will provide you with the adress . Algo de Jaime does not take responsability on the lost, damage or the theft of it.

In the case of any production damage or defect in the product the cost of returning the package will be assumed by Algo de Jaime.
