EL ORDEN DE LAS COSAS

THE ORDER OF THINGS

Do you want to start eating breakfast? After ten minutes Jaime has placed his napkin in the correct way and in the right place. Everything is fine now.

It is common for us to look for references to organize ourselves in any task we do. We make lists of things, we plan, and even compositional principles are used in artistic creation.
But there are other issues where the order seems strange to us. Very few people think of buying 11111 to play the lottery, even though it really has the same chances as any other number.
For one reason or another, it seems that we are in a permanent search for order. We need it, even if it is not always clearly expressed and is different for each person. In any case, it allows us to simplify information, since reality is often complicated and finding references in it is always helpful.

Jaime's table is a perfect example of his invisible order, which we do not understand, but which we know exists.
